Following the world news on the internet I came across an amazing photo of a child survivor of a bombing attack in Gaza and despite the terrible situation this child was showing a little smile that for me represents his innocence and hope.
I wanted to make this portrait in honor of all the children who unfortunately have fallen in this conflict and also to the little survivors.
The materials used were my 0.5 HB mechanical pencil, eraser and recycled paper.
