Stuff bun in three different way | fry and with or without oven

Hey guys!
I'm back again with my new recipe. Today I'm going to make stuff bun. Recently I'm loving baking so much. I don't know why! That's why i choose to bake again and again.

I'm damn sure you'll like it as its so simple to cook. On the other hand it looks so attractive and mouthwatering. you can serve this as a snacks. Its so soft to eat which gives another level of satisfaction.
Let's proceed to the recipe now.

For making these we'll need some ingredients.

Ingredients

For dough:

1. Flour (3cup for 7buns)
2. salt(2tablespoons)
3. Sugar(2tablespoons)
4. Egg(1)
2. Liquid milk(1/2 cup)
3. Butter/oil(1 table spoon)
4. Warm water
5. White pepper
6 Yeast(2 and 1/2 tablespoons)

For filling:

1. Marinated chicken breast (2cup)
i. Soya sauce
ii.Ginger,garlic paste
iii. Chill flecks
iv. Salt
2. Capsicum
3. Carrot
4.Onion
5Potato
6 Tomato ketchup
7 White pepper
8 Ginger and onion paste

Working process

With flour mix all the recurred ingredients as measured in the dough ingredients. Then put the dough in a bowl and cover the mouth of the bowl with foil paper. Keep it in a side to rest for minimum 3 hours. After 3hours, it will bloom fully.

On the other side, I started to work on my marinated chicken. At first, I took the part of breast of a chicken. As I told you in my last recipe, this part doesn't take much time to cook. I sliced them in tiny square pieces. Then With the required elements, I mixed the chicken and kept that in a side to marinate in a proper way for 3-4hours.

After all these, I took the vegetables and chopped them in a square shape. Then I fried the marinated chicken in the fry pan. When you saw, the color of the chicken turned into brown color stop cooking it. Always try to fry them in low heat. Then cooked the vegetables in that frying pan with other spices . In the last, mix some tomato ketchup on it. Thus you will get your perfect filling.

Then make a bun of the flour then spread that and fill it with that filling. After that cover that with the dough and make round shape. Rest it for 10 minutes. Then give egg brush in the top of the bun.
Bake it for 5 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius . Brush butter over it, when you took out the bun from the oven.

You can also bake them in your stove. Put some salt in a pan. Then set a rack over it. After that place the plate on that rack and cover the pan. Wait for 20minutes in low heat.

If you are not pro in baking, you can also fry it in deep oil pan. But you will have to fry very carefully. You can only flip the side in the oil for once. When one side gets brown, you will have to flip it. You will have to fry it in medium heat.

It'll smell like magical when you take it out of the oven. There will be a crispy look from outside but actually it will be so soft.

Tips:

1. Don't use any kind of oil. Use butter for better taste.

2.If you are a cheese lover,you can also add cheese in the filling.

3.Eat it when it's hot. It taste bad when it's get cold.

4. For an attractive look, you can put some nuts in the top of the bun.

5. For making more soft, you can make the dough one day before cooking it.
