¿Qué me hace feliz?, pero feliz de verdad. no se trata de un momento de euforia o de una felicidad pasajera... ¿qué es lo que me hace sentir, satisfecha, plena...?
Quiero reflexionar sobre ello porque, en ocasiones, nos pasamos la vida buscando la felicidad y ni siquiera sabemos qué es lo que nos hace realmente felices.
What makes me happy? But really happy. It is not about a moment of euphoria or temporary happiness ... what makes me feel satisfied, full ...?
I want to reflect on this because sometimes we spend our lives looking for happiness and we don't even know what it is that makes us really happy.
A veces son pequeñas cosas (la mayoría de las veces) las que me hacen sentirme alegre, satisfecha... en definitiva, feliz. Un paseo por la playa al atardecer acompañada de esa persona que tanto amo, una sonrisa de mi papá al volver a casa o el abrazo de un amigo justo en ese momento que tanta falta me hace.
Otras veces son cosas que me ha costado mucho esfuerzo conseguir. Pero no, no me refiero a cosas materiales. Generalmente, lo que nos hace más felices son cosas que hemos trabajado, que hemos conseguido con mucho esfuerzo.
En ocasiones soy feliz por compartir un momento en familia o entre amigos, por preparar un corto viaje en compañía de mis seres queridos.
Sometimes it's little things (most of the time) that make me feel happy, satisfied ... in short, happy. A walk on the beach at sunset accompanied by that person I love so much, a smile from my dad when I come home or the hug from a friend right at that moment that I so miss.
Other times they are things that have taken me a lot of effort to achieve. But no, I'm not talking about material things. Generally, what makes us happier are things that we have worked for, that we have achieved with a lot of effort.
Sometimes I am happy to share a moment with family or friends, to prepare a short trip in the company of my loved ones.
Si nos damos cuenta la felicidad, lo que realmente nos hace felices, no son las grandes cosas sino esas pequeñas cosas que podemos conseguir cada día y que, en ocasiones, la falta de tiempo por la dedicación a la búsqueda de la felicidad absoluta nos impide disfrutar.
Me hace feliz hacer felices a los demás.
Me hace feliz ver a mis amigos y seres queridos cumpliendo esos sueños que un día me contaron que querian lograr.
Al despertar el olor de un café recien hecho.
Respirar profundamente después de haber corrido.
Un refrescante vaso de agua cuando tengo calor o sed.
If we realize happiness, what really makes us happy are not the great things but those little things that we can achieve every day and that, sometimes, the lack of time due to dedication to the search for absolute happiness prevents us enjoy.
It makes me happy to make others happy.
It makes me happy to see my friends and loved ones fulfilling those dreams that one day they told me they wanted to achieve.
Waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee.
Breathe deeply after you've run.
A refreshing glass of water when I'm hot or thirsty.
