Para recalcar existen muchas maneras de preparar el sustrato y muchos le va de mejor manera con otras formas según su riego clima entre otras condiciones yo vivo en un clima caliente en El Tejero Estado Monagas Venezuela, todo lo que explicaré a continuación será en base a mi experiencia en mi cultivo ya que me e dedicado en cierto punto a estudiar muy bien las plantas como siempre digo la buena observación y atreverse a experimentar.
To emphasize there are many ways to prepare the substrate and many do better with other ways according to its irrigation climate among other conditions I live in a hot climate in El Tejero, Monagas State, Venezuela, everything that I will explain below will be based on my experience in my cultivation since I have dedicated myself at a certain point to studying plants very well as I always say good observation and daring to experiment.
Mis plantas están todas a la interperie llevando todo el sol del mundo y toda la lluvia del mundo creo que ya hoy en este momento aún lloviznando desde esta tarde van unos 25 días continuas de lluvia y cero pérdidas en las plantas.

Mi sustrato se basa en una mezcla 80% mineral.

Los elementos utilizados son aliven, gravilla tierra negra (puede ya estar debidamente abonada) y concha de arroz opcional.

ALIVEN: El mejor y favorito para el sustrato, el aliven es el resultado del proceso de expansión de la arcilla ejemplo una pelotica mínima de 1milimetro es llevada a 5 milímetros con un peso súper liviano, posee una textura super porosa que a las plantas les gusta, las raíces penetran dentro de ellas con su livianes y tamaña permite la fácil expansión y crecimiento de las raíces respirando entre los espacios producidos y permitiendo el libre paso del agua sin acumulación.
ALIVEN: The best and favorite for the substrate, the aliven is the result of the expansion process of the clay, example a minimum ball of 1 millimeter is brought to 5 millimeters with a super light weight, it has a super porous texture that plants like , the roots penetrate inside them with their livianes and size allows the easy expansion and growth of the roots breathing between the spaces produced and allowing the free passage of water without accumulation.
PIEDRAS : se puede utilizar para ahorrar gastos o en casos de no conseguir el aliven en mi casa mezclo 50 y 50 con aliven se pueden extraer de arena de construcción orillas de río o algunos lugares naturales, aunque un poco más pesada que el aliven también permite la respiración de las raíces entre ellas y el libre paso del agua.
Rocks: can be used to save costs or in cases of not getting the aliven in my house I mix 50 and 50 with aliven they can be extracted from construction sand on the banks of the river or some natural places, although a little heavier than the aliven also allows the breathing of the roots between them and the free passage of water.
GRAVILLA N# 2: También puede ser utilizada para adornar la Maceta o para la misma mezcla del sustrato aunque es por mucho más cara que los otros minerales.

CONCHA DE ARROZ : Se consigue más que todo en agropecuarias o tiendas se suministros de alimentos para animales, sirve para extraer un poco la humedad del sustrato y también ayuda mucho a que no se compacte el mismo.
RICE SHELL: It is obtained more than everything in agricultural or livestock supply stores, it serves to extract a little moisture from the substrate and also helps a lot to prevent it from compacting.
TIERRA NEGRA : En este caso es una que conseguí de un vivero pero al parecer es extraída de orillas de río o abonada de tal manera que contiene palitos arena fina y tierra negra, esta puede ser abonada al gusto incluso agregar porciones de humus sólido (no uso)
Conociendo estos minerales y extras procedo a hacer la mezcla que serían 4 medidas de mineral( gravilla, piedra o aliven o mix de los tres) por una de esta preparación de tierra negra más unas dos medidas de concha de arroz.
BLACK EARTH: In this case it is one that I got from a nursery but apparently it is extracted from river banks or fertilized in such a way that it contains fine sand sticks and black earth, this can be fertilized to taste, even add portions of solid humus (not use)
Knowing these minerals and extras, I proceed to make the mixture that would be 4 measures of mineral (gravel, stone or aliven or a mix of the three) for one of this black earth preparation plus about two measures of rice shell.
