Cooking Chilly Chicken At Home Is EASY !!

Today we will learn how to make chilli chicken.Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of chicken. In India, this may include a variety of dry chicken preparations. Though mainly boneless chicken is used in this dish, some people also use bone-in chicken too.I am using bone-in chicken for the recipe.

Ingredients:

-Chicken-500gms
-Onions-5-6medium size (cut in cubes)
-Capcisum-1medium size (cut in cubes)
-Tomato puree-3medium size
-Egg-1pc
-Cornflour-3tbsp
-salt-according to your taste
-red chilli powder-1tbsp
-kashmiri red chilli powder-2tbsp
-pepper powder-half tbsp
-Soya sauce-2tbsp
-tomato ketchup-4tbsp
-Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
-Vinegar-1tbsp

Methods:

-Marinate the chicken with egg,salt,vinegar,ginger garlic paste and pepper powder.
-Keep it for 1hr
-Pour oil and fry the chicken in medium flame
-In the same pan fry onions in medium flame,wait for the onions to turn golden brown then put capsicum and fry it for 2mins
-Add salt ,red chilli powder and kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well for 1 min
-Then add tamato puree and sotay for 2mins then add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.Add a little water if required
-After 2mins add fried chicken to it and stir well
-Add water according to the gravy you want and let it boil for few minutes.

The chilli chicken recipe is ready to serve.Enjoy this with fried rice or noodles
