My self care routine ☘️☘️ ( ENG/ESP)

Good morning Hivers today for this post I decided to take inspiration from today's inleo prompt. My self care routine is very simple, sometimes I have to remember to take care of myself because I'm so overwhelmed by thoughts that I forget, instead taking care of yourself is important, I would say vital. But what do I do to take care of myself every day? First of all when I get up I meditate for about a quarter of an hour it's a simple meditation where I visualize something beautiful or I repeat the mantra om shanti om to bring peace to my mind, it's something that does me a lot of good to start the day, then every morning and also every evening I do a small skincare routine nothing complicated, a cleansing gel for the face and my favorite face cream from Cien which is often found on sale at Lidl. Then during the day I'm obviously busy with errands, chores and other things and some days are more chaotic than others. But for me the best time to take care of myself is in the evening.

Mi rutina de autocuidado es muy sencilla, a veces tengo que recordar cuidarme porque estoy tan abrumada por los pensamientos que lo olvido, en cambio cuidarse a uno mismo es importante, diría vital. ¿Pero qué hago para cuidarme cada día? Lo primero al levantarme medito durante un cuarto de hora aproximadamente es una meditación sencilla donde visualizo algo bonito o repito el mantra om shanti om para traer paz a mi mente, es algo que me hace mucho bien para empezar el día, luego cada mañana y también cada noche hago una pequeña rutina de cuidado de la piel nada complicado, un gel limpiador para el rostro y mi crema facial favorita de Cien que a menudo se encuentra en oferta en Lidl. Luego, durante el día, obviamente estoy ocupada con recados, tareas y otras cosas y algunos días son más caóticos que otros. Pero para mí el mejor momento para cuidarme es por la noche.





In the evening, as a food lover, I love to take care of myself by cooking something good for myself if I'm alone or for my family, cooking for me is relaxing and I always try to eat well with new recipes and avoiding junk food, we are what we eat, right? After dinner and after having cleaned up and taken a nice shower where I take care of my body with body milk or oil and I do a facial treatment with an exfoliant after obviously removing my make-up (even putting on make-up every time I go out is a way for me to take care of myself, even with just light make-up, usually mascara and eye shadow) for me the relaxation begins, and I usually read a good book, an excellent workout for the mind as well as to switch off the head. Then before sleeping I take my medicine and listen to some relaxing music to help me sleep. Here is my self-care routine!

Por la noche, como amante de la comida, me encanta cuidarme cocinando algo bueno para mí si estoy sola o para mi familia. Cocinar es relajante para mí y siempre trato de comer bien con nuevas recetas y evitando la comida chatarra. Somos lo que comemos ¿verdad? Después de cenar y después de haberme aseado y dado una buena ducha donde cuido mi cuerpo con leche corporal o aceite y me hago un tratamiento facial con exfoliante después de obviamente desmaquillarme (incluso maquillarme cada vez que salgo es una forma de cuidarme, aunque sea con maquillaje ligero, normalmente rímel y sombra de ojos) para mí empieza la relajación, y suelo leer un buen libro, un excelente entrenamiento para la mente además de desconectar la cabeza.
