I take is that a lot of effort is put to improve the technical aspect of the chain and little or no effort is put into improving the social aspect of the blockchain. Communities aren't doing too well in helping to improve post quality. It is my belief that if people being to post more about real thinks and important social and economical discussions (even creative content) engagement will happen naturally.

I think it's really left up to the content creators and communities to improve the social aspect. For those that do put in that effort, like you, it can be a lot of work for little response. The @naturalmedicine community works hard on interaction with a group of us working on it. It's working, but without those that regularly put in the effort I could see it going just as quiet as other communities.
