Greetings to every member of this great community. Happy weekend to you all. Today is Saturday a special day where all the women 👭 prepares different delicacy for their husband and family. I decided to prepare Ofe-nsala (white soup).
Ofe nsala is orinated from the eastern part of Nigeria.It can be cooked with any 🍖 or fish🐠 of you choice but I love it with chicken 🐔 .
Recipe
Chicken. Stock fish.
Cray fish. Dry fish. Fresh pepper. Maggi. Onion. Salt. Some slice of yam. Uziza and utazi leaves.
PREPARATION
1. Wash the meat very well and put it into a pot
add the washed stock fish, the chopped onions, Maggi and salt.
Add some water, some slices of yam, stire and cover the pot.
Allow to boil for about 20 minutes,
Remove the yam from the pot and bled.
After bleding add the yam paste to the pot on fire, allow to boil for 3 minutes,
- add the crayfish, the dry fish, Maggi,pepper and salt to it.
Add the chopped uziza and utazi leave stire and bring down the pot from fire.
THE SOUP IS READY
I Iove it with semovita,some people also eat it with Garry.
