hive community, today I will talk about the magic that moves the world, love, and how it is immersed in us from the first beat of our heart.
Solemos escuchar que el amor es un sentimiento que nos llena, nos da vida, paz, que vivimos para amar, y que venimos al mundo por amor, en el transcurso de la vida este sentimiento nos mueve, nos motiva, nos hace experimentar un millón de emociones y sensaciones que no podemos explicar, de ahí nace el título de este post.
We usually hear that love is a feeling that fills us, gives us life, peace, that we live to love, and that we come into the world for love, in the course of life this feeling moves us, motivates us, makes us experience a million of emotions and sensations that we cannot explain, hence the title of this post.
Los seres humanos somos una máquina increíble y maravillosamente perfecta, compuestos por diferentes partículas atómicas que forman moléculas y estas a su vez al asociarse forman sustancias, y son precisamente 4 sustancias las que nos permiten percibir de diferentes formas todos los sentimientos asociados al amor.
Human beings are an incredibly and wonderfully perfect machine, composed of different atomic particles that form molecules and these in turn, when associated, form substances, and there are precisely 4 substances that allow us to perceive in different ways all the feelings associated with love.
Ellas son la Dopamina, Serotonina, Endorfina y la hormona del amor, la Oxitocina, estas son neurotransmisores, segregadas por nuestro cerebro y que produce una serie de múltiples efectos en nuestro sistema nervioso central, son capaces de regular todas nuestras emociones, nuestro estado de ánimo, el comportamiento social, entre otras cosas.
They are Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphin and the love hormone, Oxytocin, these substances are neurotransmitters, secreted by our brain and that produce a series of multiple effects in our central nervous system, they are capable of regulating all our emotions, our state mood, social behavior, among other things.
Estas sustancias nos producen bienestar y felicidad, nosotros solo reflejamos en nuestro entorno los diferentes niveles de ellas en nuestro organismo.
These substances produce well-being and happiness, we only reflect in our environment the different levels of them in our body.
Ya ven, estamos hechos para amar, es parte de nosotros, seamos amables, serviciales, compasivos, empáticos, bondadosos, mantengamos y ayudemos a otros a mantener en alto los niveles de estas sustancias y creemos un mundo mejor en base al amor.
You see, we are made to love, it is part of us, let's be kind, helpful, compassionate, empathetic, kind, let's maintain and help others to maintain high levels of these substances and create a better world based on love.
