Today is my day of adventure! make a climb to a mountain that is about 601 meters high and as a reward we delight ourselves with a spectacular 360 degree view of all of Lisbon and the south bank of the capital! the tour took me an hour and a half to climb! get comfortable and enjoy my photos!😮🤩🧭

This is the symbol of the starting point of my tour! Its name is: (PR4STB), if I'm not mistaken I had already climbed it but on the other hand, I mean on the easier side, here is to climb the almost steep mountain with a moderate-high level of demand! to take the road we must reach the town of "alto da piedade" and there climb about 17km, it is a bit tiring so I recommend doing it in the early hours, or well in winter!🥵🤯😅
Este es el simbolo del punto de partida de mi recorrido! tiene como nombre: (PR4STB), si no me equivoco ya lo habia subido pero por otro lado, osea por el lado mas facil, aqui es subir la montaña casi empinada con un nivel de exigencia moderada-alta! para tomar el camino debemos llegar al pueblo de "alto da piedade" y ahi subir unos 17km, es un poco cansativo por eso lo recomiendo hacerlo a primeras horas, o bueno en invierno!💥😂🚙🛺🚩

I don't know if it's just me but I have the stupid idea that when I do these activities I have a feeling that I'm going to achieve great things in my life, I always start attracting good energy and I start to imagine what my life would be like when I was rich? something here in the mountain? What would I do? buy a super camera and photograph interesting things, how would I live my life if I were rich? xD I do these kinds of things, I think it's good for my state of mind!😏🤣🤐

This area around here is known for the planting of grapes, there are many people who have houses here in the mountains and are dedicated to planting and cultivating, so when I walk the landscape changes and I see many beautiful houses and various crops, including cauliflower, lettuce! Esta zona por aqui es conocida por la siembra de uvas, hay muchas personas que tienen casas aqui en la montaña y se dedican a la siembra y cultivo, por lo que cuando voy caminando el paisaje va cambiando y veo muchas casas bonitas y varias siembras, entre ellas colifror, lechugas! me sentia un poco nervioso porque esta escalada es un poco peligrosa y ya lei sobre una pareja que se perdio en la subida xD😲😲
Previously, many red deer were seen on the mountain, and quite a few wild boar! It was more difficult but you could see some mountain foxes but today our intervention and destruction of habitat has displaced all these wild animals, obviously I will take advantage of it until this disappears completely and to be able to tell all my adventures to my grandchildren!🤔😮😮

When I started doing these "trilhos" I had no resistance and I got tired very fast xD and I must admit that I was not overweight! Now I have much more resistance and I can do more difficult things. I have noticed a big change in my health doing these activities! I always say nature is never lost profit!🧠🦾🦿

Be amazed at how many birds there are! Quede sorprendido de la cantidad de aves que hay! demasiado pajaros el problema es que son pequeños y consiguen esconderse bien entre la maleza y los arboles, ademas que no era sencillo cambiar de lente cada vez que queria fotografiar un emplumado! creo que dejare la actividad ornitologica para otro dia! pero si estaba atento con los bichos para tomar macros!🐛🦟🐌🦋

A HARD ROAD🦾🚵♀️/UN CAMINO DURO👨🏫😅
