Hello friends of the Gems community, today I bring you some photos of an event that bothered me a lot and it is about two cactus plants, which are in the house of some friends. I have known these plants for a long time, they are very old, and lately they have changed their shape, they have Mutated !!!
Hola amigos de la comunidad Gems, hoy les traigo unas fotos de un suceso que me inquieto mucho y es sobre dos plantas cactus, que estan en la casa de unas amistades. Dichas plantas las conozco desde hace tiempo, son muy viejas, y ultimamente han cambiado su forma, ¡¡¡ Han Mutado !!!
In the photo Number 1 I show you the first plant, unfortunately I do not have an old photo of it, but it had long vertical stems like a typical cactus, in the photo we can see some that still remain.
En la foto Numero 1 les muestro la primera planta, lamentablemente no tengo foto antiguas de ella, pero era de tallos largos verticales como un tipico cactus, en la foto podemos apreciar algunos que todavia le quedan.
Photo Number 2: This is the second plant, it is another type of cactus whose leaves are somehow like a flower, corrugated or hand fan, it is very pretty and is a bit wide and low in height.
Foto Numero 2: Esta es la segunda planta, es otro tipo de cactus cuyas hojas son po decirle de alguna forma como una flor, corrugadas o en forma de abanico, es muy bonita y es un poco ancha y de baja altura.
Photo Number 3: Here begins the mystery, plant number 2 for some time began to grow long vertical stems like plant 1, I can assure you that this plant did not have that characteristic, its stems were hand fan.
Foto Numero 3: Aqui empieza el misterio, la planta numero 2 desde hace cierto tiempo le empezaron a crecer tallos verticales largor como la planta 1, les puedo asegurar que esta planta no tenia esa caracteristica, sus tallos eran en forma de abanico.
Photo Number 4: This photo is a close-up of plant number 1, here we can see how the long and vertical stems changed into hand fan stems, of a large size and with the shape of the stems of plant number 2 although of this they are much smaller.
Foto Numero 4: Esta foto es un acercamiento de la planta numero 1, aqui podemos ver como los tallos largos y verticales cambiaron por tallos en forma de abanico, de un gran tamaño y con la forma de los tallos de la planta numero 2 aunque los de esta son mucho mas pequeños.
What do you think happened to these plants? I am not an expert but I think that in some way these plants mixed, they hybridized in some way joining, I do not think it was due to pollination because I never saw flowers, if any member of the community knows about botany, I would be very grateful if you would let me in the comments what happened here, and this is all for the moment friends, I hope you liked this publication about the rare phenomenon between these two cacti, I do not publish as often as I would like due to my low RCs, but I am working to soon upload them and publish things from my world, any suggestions It is welcome, see you soon friends of the beautiful GEMS Community.
¿Que creen ustedes que paso con estas plantas? no soy experto pero creo que de alguna forma estas plantas se mezclaron, se hibridaron de alguna forma uniendose, no creo que haya sido por polinizacion porque nunca les vi flores, si algun miembro de la comunidad sabe de botanica le agradeceria mucho si me dejara en los comentarios lo que paso aqui, y esto es todo por los momentos amigos, espero les haya gustado esta publicacion sobre el raro fenomeno entre estos dos cactus, no publico tan seguido como quisiera por mis bajos RCs, pero estoy trabajando para pronto subirlos y publicar cosas de mi mundo, cualquier sugerencia es bienvenida, hasta pronto amigos de la bella Comunidad GEMS.
