I am working on a few self-portraits these days for a local contest between the photographers from my city.
You know that feeling when you are isolated, and sometimes you get back to that basic tribal instinct 😀 you are in survival mode when you kind of loose the logic? That inspired me to create this concept called "Tribal Soul".
I have only one hand visible because in the other hand I have the remote control for camera. That spear is home made from a stick, and old knife, some string and some feathers .
For face-painting I got some help from @lexiart 😊
Camera is on a tripod and connected to a laptop next to me to be able to see how I look and hos is the light before I take the photo.

WOW those are fabulous Portraits
they do have a feel of some of the Maori People from New Zealand in traditional clothes and poses
thanks, I had to improvise with what I had around home, borrowed some necklace and bracelets from my girlfriend, also some scarf with animal pattern and a piece of fur :D
you did really awesome and creative also with making the spear
