Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today we will learn how to make chicken tikka masala.It is simple yet delicious.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Chicken-500gms
-Onion-5
-Tomato-2
-Cream-4rbsp
-Ginger garlic paste-3tbsp
-Turmeric powder-1tbsp
-Kashmiri red chilli powder-1tbsp
-Coriander powder-half tbsp
-Cumin powder-half tbsp
-Red chilli powder-half tbsp
-Yogurt-4tbsp
-Vinegar-2tsp
-Kasuri methi-half tbsp

Chicken is filled with high-quality proteins and doesn’t contain much fat — especially if you eat lean cuts. Beyond its rich protein content, chicken also contains:

Eating chicken can help to build stronger muscles and promote healthier bones, decreasing the risk of injuries and diseases.Apart from protein, chicken is rich in several minerals like phosphorus and calcium, that helps keeps bones in mint condition.Chicken, being rich in vitamin B6, plays an important role in preventing heart attack.

Procedure:

-First marinate the chicken with salt,vinegar,ginger garlic paste,chilli poder and yogurt and leave for 30mins to 1hr
-Fry the chicken tikka
-Heat the oil and add onion to it and fry till it turns golden brown
-Add ginger garlic paste and fry
-Add tomato puree and mix well
-Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder and coriander powder
-Fry the masala for good 10mins
-Add the chicken tikka peices to the gravy
-Then add kasuri methi and garam masala powder and mix well
-At last add cream and cook for sometime
