I made a super lazy empanada dough, as you can see I didn't even really wrapped it perfectly, and use the left over beef chili and added mozzarella cheese!
While it's still early for me to eat, I I'll have to wait a little bit, and I can just pop it in the oven for few minutes to heat it up!
Can't wait for lunch! 😋
Do you prefer baked empanada or fried?
Its not bad, we call it locally 'pully pitha' if you used sweet dough and with curry it called samuscha. Just grab and bite it!

I just prefer both fried and baked empanadas in my plate! :D
It looks like meat pie though, do they taste alike.. or is another name for meat pie?
