Nuestra vida actual nos ha llevado a tener otro concepto y replantearnos tantos elementos de la sociedad que ya dábamos por sentado, cosas como salir un viernes con los amigos estar un sábado con la familia a gusto comiendo lo que a los niños le gusto y mientras pensamos que película ir a ver al cine, aquellos domingos en misa...
Viejos eventos sociales los cuales hoy en día se encuentran tras los barrotes de la nostalgia.
Pero no es momento de pensar en lo que fue, y tal vez puede volver a ser en un futuro aún sin fecha de llegada.
Nuestro hoy, es descubrir qué es eso nuevo que nos regala el mundo, qué es esa nueva experiencia que la vida nos lleva a vivir y la mejor manera es ver lo positivo y aprender a manejar el lado oscuro de este momento del viaje.
Porque nuestro reloj biológico no se detiene, es lo único qué no ha modificado su funcionamiento y el tiempo sigue esfumándose.
Nacen nuevas amistades y se olvidan otras, pero nuestro amor por nosotros mismos y para con los demás tienen que seguir el mismo ejemplo que nuestro reloj biológico y nunca dejar de crecer, porque mientras más oportunidades tengamos en pensar, evolucionar y compartir con nuestras amistades, desde una mente sana, un espíritu renovado y una autoestima restablecida, tendremos un mayor grado de calidad humana, y eso se sentirá en tu trato a los demás y contigo mismo.
Por eso me gusta pensar qué es el momento de crecer desde adentro hacia afuera y ser figura de ejemplo y motivación para quienes te rodean, así que saca lo bueno y medítalo malo, qué tal vez viajando en el sendero correcto encontremos la lección en lo que hoy consideramos un mal y terminé siendo otro escalón en nuestro proceso evolutivo.
No tengas miedo y conoce a la persona más importante para cada uno de nosotros, con quien nacimos con quien vivimos y con quien partiremos de este plano, conócete a ti mismo y vivirás más plenamente.
Han pasado muchos días desde que el mundo cambio, la luna ya no es igual, nacen nuevos retos y con ellos el sendero a nuevas experiencias y naturalmente a diferentes formas de vivirlas.

Our today, is to discover what is that new thing that the world gives us, what is that new experience that life takes us to live and the best way is to see the positive and learn to handle the dark side of this moment of the journey.
Because our biological clock does not stop, it is the only thing that has not changed its operation and time continues to vanish.
New friendships are born and others are forgotten, but our love for ourselves and for others must follow the same example as our biological clock and never stop growing, because the more opportunities we have to think, evolve and share with our friends, from a healthy mind, a renewed spirit and a restored self-esteem, we will have a higher degree of human quality, and that will be felt in your treatment of others and yourself.
That is why I like to think that it is time to grow from the inside out and be an example and motivation for those around you, so take out the good and meditate on the bad, maybe traveling on the right path we will find the lesson in what today we consider a bad and end up being another step in our evolutionary process.
Do not be afraid and know the most important person for each of us, with whom we were born with whom we live and with whom we will leave this plane, know yourself and you will live more fully.
