Hola comunidad de Hive!! Hacer postres es algo que disfruto mucho porque me transporta durante su proceso. Empecé a hacer postres desde más o menos los 13 años ayudando a mi tío que “todo lo que hace sea dulce o salado le queda exquisito”, no sé como hace, para mi Él tiene un ¡DON!. Más adelante los puse en práctica junto con mi hermana en casa, pero como sabrán ¡no todo es tan sencillo como parece! o como los que tienen más experiencia lo hacen ver, me equivoque infinidades de veces, aunque realmente eso no me importaba, ya que lo disfrutaba y en diversas ocasiones seguía probando con otras recetas u otros postres, era algo esporádico pero que cuando lo hacía me divertía muchísimo. Lo deje por un tiempo porque me había ocupado en otros quehaceres, pero en casa todos somos muy glotones, así que nuevamente retome hacer postres, ahora con mejores técnicas, inventando y probando modificar recetas viejas y nuevas para hacer cada vez dulces más ricos... Por supuesto yo quería que todo me quedara como de panadería cosa que no siempre fue así, y ocasionalmente dañaba alguna mezcla o no quedaba como deseaba, al final ¡igual no las nos comíamos!, lo importante es que forma parte del aprender e innovar.

I left it for a while because I had been busy with other chores, but at home we are all very gluttonous, so again I started making desserts, now with better techniques, inventing and trying to modify old and new recipes to make increasingly richer sweets. Of course I wanted everything to be like a bakery, which was not always the case, and occasionally it damaged a mixture or it did not turn out as I wanted, in the end, we still did not eat them! The important thing is that it is part of learning and innovate.
2 years ago, a thoughtful afternoon in which could be my new endeavor, wittily making cookies the favorites of many!, I thought about the possibility of selling desserts and why not? I didn't lose anything trying it Thus, I found out about costs, materials, what percentages I should get, get into this accounting and sales thing, soon after I started selling cookies, at first only the classic ones of vanilla, lemon and orange, to test how I I was going, people liked each one a lot with their preferences, then of course, I wanted to have a variety to offer and I started making coconut, coffee, chocolate, marbled, Newton type, in short, as many assorted cookies ... However, I wanted to keep expanding and not just make cookies, so I hit the cupcakes, mini brownies, oreo brownies, then move on to cakes, chocolates, truffles, among other desserts. Everything was great but it got complicated and time adjusted, so at one point I thought I should focus on a group of desserts nothing more, or while I was getting an ally, at that moment came the pandemic and BOOM!, I was standing for a long time, but since nothing is holding us back I am currently making cakes, chocolates and personalized chocolate letters on request ... What do I like to do the most? EVERYTHING, lol what The most I love to do is the decorative part, the fillings, the brownies and chocolates ...
How to say that it is not an art! Yes, everything you do in the kitchen is sweet or salty is ART, you are creating it, you give it life, you put your essence, your brand, your ideas, your seasoning, you design and modify it to your liking or that of the consumer, it is from your hands where the magnificent result comes out, which, if you are not in tune with what you do and you do not transmit that positive energy and love it will not turn out well. Making a dessert takes time, dedication, creativity and energy, every time I make one it is gratifying that people enjoy it and value your work ...
It is true that a large percentage of the people close to you are the least supportive in the process, but I can tell you that there is a small percentage that if they value and support what you do, those people are worth millions whether they are friends or family Well, I thank this small group of wonderful people for their support and trust ... and I wish the best to those who are part of that small percentage in their circle, I assure you that they make a difference!.

Grandiosa experiencia nos compartes sobre ti y tu arte en la cocina, con la experiencia de disfrutar platos de otras personas y tus mismos platos vas a ir mejorando hasta lograr tener ese don que tiene tu tio, no es necesario que toda la comida sea como de panadería ya que la misma casera puede ser hasta muchísimo mejor.
