My Zebra Cake / Mi Torta Cebra

Hello friends, I hope you are all very well. Today to celebrate Labor Day and my brother's birthday I made a vanilla and chocolate zebra cake. Very easy to prepare and with a very rich flavor.

Hola amigos, espero que todos estén muy bien. Hoy para celebrar el Día del Trabajador y cumpleaños de mi hermano hice una torta cebra de vainilla y chocolate. Muy fácil de preparar y con un sabor muy rico.

Ingredients:

500 gr leavening wheat flour

500 gr of sugar

250 gr margarine or butter

4 eggs

Vanilla

200 ml milk

30 gr cocoa powder

Ingredientes:
500 gr de harina de trigo leudante
500 gr de azúcar
250 gr de margarina o mantequilla
4 huevos
Vainilla
200 ml de leche
30 gr de cacao en polvo

Preparation:

The first thing we must do is preheat the oven to 180°C and flour and butter a mold.

Beat the margarine with the sugar until it has a smooth consistency, then add the vanilla and the eggs until everything comes together. Add the flour and milk until there are no lumps.***
Divide the mixture in two and add the cocoa to one of them, mix well. Spoon the vanilla mixture into the mold and place it on top of the chocolate mixture and so on until it is finished.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or when a toothpick is inserted it comes out dry.

Preparación:
Lo primero que debemos hacer es precalentar el horno a 180°C y enharinar y enmantequillar un molde.
Batimos la margarina con el azúcar hasta que tenga una consistencia suave, luego añadir la vainilla y los huevos hasta que todo se una. Ir incorporando la harina y la leche hasta que no queden grumos.
Dividir la mezcla en dos, y a una colocarle el cacao, unir bien. En el molde y con una cuchara ir colocando mezcla de vainilla y encima mezcla de chocolate y así sucesivamente hasta que se terminen.
Llevar al horno por 40 minutos o al introducir un palillo éste salga seco.
