You know that these days I was talking to a cab driver about a lunch I ate. I am a Venezuelan living in Cúcuta, Colombia and I love fish...my grandfather is from the coast of the country and eating fish for us is an art since we do it in a surgical way.
The point is that my fish, the one for lunch tasted like dirt and when I told the cab driver he explained to me two alternatives...either the tank where the fish grew up is not cleaned and has dirt or thanks to the rains here in Cúcuta, the dirt has moved so much that the taste was affected.
Greetings brother.
Oh! So sorry about that but why wasn't the fish cleaned properly before cooking? That's something that should be on check and it's not fair to just let the fish stay in sorry water. These one that my friend's dad farms, once the water is dirty, he transfers them to a clean water pond to avoid the fishes dying or having any bad smell.
