Quiero compartir con ustedes apreciados amigos una de mis recetas.

I want to share with you dear friends one of my recipes.

Como les comente en uno de mis post mi abuelo es panadero y he aprendido mucho de sus conocimientos. A sus 96 años sigue consintiendonos con sus ricos panes.

As I mentioned in one of my posts, my grandfather is a baker and I have learned a lot from his knowledge. At 96 years old, he continues to pamper us with his rich breads.

Solemos hecer estos pancitos para los desayunos.

We usually make these buns for breakfast.

INGREDIENTES:

Para la masa necesitaremos

For the mass we will need

  • 1/2 kl Harina de trigo todo uso
  • 3 Cucharadas de azucar
  • 1 Cucharadita pequeña de sal
  • 20 gr de levadura instantanea
  • 30 gr de Mantequilla
  • 2 Huevos
  • 1 Taza de agua tibia o bien puede ser leche
  • 1/2 kl All-purpose wheat flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 small teaspoon of salt
  • 20 gr of instant yeast
  • 30 gr of Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of warm water or it can be milk

Puede ser el guiso de su preferencia, pero en este caso lo haremos con: Boloña de pollo y queso.

It may be the stew of your preference, but in this case we will do it with: Chicken and cheese bologna.

En el agua o la leche colococamos la levadura junto con el azucar. Y la dejamos reposar por unos 10 minutos para que se active la levadura.

In the water or milk we place the yeast together with the sugar. And we let it rest for about 10 minutes so that the yeast is activated.

Mezclamos la harina con los demas ingredientes, añadimos la mezcla de la levadura y empezamos a amasar hasta que esten bien integrados todos los ingredientes y sintamos suave la masa, la cubrimos con un pañito y dejamos reposar 10 minutos. Pasado el tiempo cortamos la masa en porciones, con esta cantidad yo saco 8 pancitos, pero los pueden hacer grandes o mas pequeños como bien deseen. Estiramos la masa con la ayuda de un rodillo colocamos en relleno y enrrollamos. Nuevamente dejamos reposar por unos 30 minutos hasta que duplique su tamaño. Listos para hornear los barnizamos con huevo batido o mantequilla. Horneamos por 15 minutos.

Mix the flour with the other ingredients, add the yeast mixture and begin to knead until all the ingredients are well integrated and the dough feels soft, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. After time we cut the dough into portions, with this quantity I take out 8 buns, but they can make them larger or smaller as they wish. We stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin, place it in the filling and roll it up. Again we let it rest for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size. Ready to bake, we glaze them with beaten egg or butter. We bake for 15 minutes.
