NORMALMENTE TAMPOCO HE SIDO DE COMER COMIDA CHATARRA, PERO CUANDO SE ANTOGA SE ANTOGA JAJA. CABE DESTACAR QUE AL ASISTIR AL GYMNACIO ME DIVERTI CONOCER GENTE Y HECHARLE GANAS, EL ENTRENADOR LOS EJERCICIOS QUE ME COLOCABA ERAN DIFICILES Y LOS PRIMEROS DIAS NO AGUANTABA LOS DOLORES PERO LUCHE CONTRA ESO Y SEGUI ASISTIENDO Y ESFORZANDOME, SEE NOTAN LOS CAMBIOS ; TE CAMBIA EL ANIMO Y LAS ENERGIAS TE LAS DUPLICA .

HELLOAAAAA WHAT A PLEASURE TO WRITE TO YOU AGAIN, THIS TIME I WILL TALK ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO EXERCISE AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFE. I RECENTLY HAD A DIFFICULT WEEK WITH A LOT OF DIZZINESS AND HEADACHES. I FOUND OUT WHY I FELT BAD AND DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY DIET, SO I STOPPED EATING FAT AND I STARTED TO GET BETTER. NORMALLY I HAVE NOT BEEN EATING JUNK FOOD EITHER, BUT WHEN YOU CRAVE IT, YOU CRAVE IT HAHA. IT'S WORTH MENTIONING THAT WHEN I WENT TO THE GYM I HAD FUN MEETING PEOPLE AND HAVING FUN, THE EXERCISES THE TRAINER GAVE ME WERE DIFFICULT AND THE FIRST FEW DAYS I COULDN'T STAND THE PAIN BUT I FOUGHT AGAINST THAT AND KEPT ON GOING AND MAKING AN EFFORT, YOU CAN SEE THE CHANGES; IT CHANGES YOUR MOOD AND THE ENERGY DOUBLES.
I ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO TO THE GYM AND CREATE A LIFE OF GOOD HABITS, HERE I WILL LEAVE A VIDEO OF ME IN ONE OF THE MACHINES IN WHICH IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO PERFORM BUT IN THE END I ACHIEVED BY PERSISTENCE.
