Greetings, to read you I used a translator, so I apologize if something I write is not understood.
I loved the article and there is nothing better than a story from reality itself, beyond medical or psychological technicalities; I particularly believe that I am on the autism spectrum but my therapists differ and it is uncomfortable because I identify with so many things but "you look normal" always comes out and it is like, what is normal?
Thanks again for your post.

Thank you for reading! There are therapists who aren’t educated enough to recognise the signs. Psychiatrists should be trained into diagnosing neuropsychological conditions. At least in my country, there is a limited number of psychiatrists who are qualified to do evaluations. If you see many autistic traits in yourself, you probably are on the spectrum. It’s up to you whether you wish to get it formally evaluated. You can just educate yourself about coping mechanisms, and it might be enough to understand yourself and your needs better. Take care!
