Good morning HIVE community, in principle we only know about the soap that is used to wash, remove dirt etc... but really how it works with respect to the moment we are living. Well, what we were taught in our years of study at school was that soap is made up of greasy molecules, so to speak, that loosen dirt at a molecular level, although that dirt is already separated from our skin and needs to be completely removed, and this is where The function of water enters with a rinse with plenty of water and it refers to not skimping on this part because the soap residue that remains after rinsing and drying works as an adhesive and usually with unwanted bacteria residues. and then we do not fulfill the function...according to the
Water alone can rinse away dirt, but viruses and bacteria are so small that they often require chemical and mechanical intervention to push their sticky nanoparticles out of the cracks that make up our unique fingerprints. This is why soap is so important. It is made for that. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, for at least 20 seconds, and the pin-shaped molecules will penetrate the types of bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19, that protect themselves with an oily lipid membrane. Like a nail bursting a tire, the water-repellent end of the soap molecule, a hydrophobic tail that can bond with oil and fats, stabs COVID-19 into a deflated, torn bag of RNA cells. .
So now you know the next time you wash your hands, put more effort and care into it, since 90% of bacterial and parasitic diseases come from there, greetings and until the next post.
