fresh making Suger candy is my favourite candy. i like it very much. daildy an old uncle come our street for saling fresh making suger candy.it is the traditional pakistani candy.every childwant to eat with yummy taste. when uncle make this candy it is little bit hote. My brother like to eat it.
This time uncle was making this fresh candy without using any color. but some time he make this candy using pink color flavour.Uncle come to our street on their cycle. now i am going to share how the uncle make this cady.
At the bottom or roling ring he burn very low fire and when the ring heat up, then he add the suger into the ring after adding suger he rolled this ring with full speed using a handle that is fixed at bottom side. then the grains of suger come from the rings so using this technique uncle make this pakistani traditional food candy.
