Cooked Chicken Dana For Family

This is traditional recipe in the asian countries like myanmaar, india, nepal, pakistan and sri lanka. Chicken dana has two types one is cooked with water chestnut flour and other is cooked with eggs. So i am going to made here water chestnut flour chicken dana and for that i have bought some water chestnut flour from the market because this flour not easily available here i have to go little far away from my house.

There are less sellers available of water chestnut flour so this ting little irritated me but but other things are very easy and i have done it with smooth way. If you have all ingredients done, you just need to fry that mixed pieces. And yes guys do not fry more other wise it will be more strict and the elders and kids will face the problem in chewing.

Ingredients

♦ Chicken pieces
♦ Red Chilli powder
♦ Salt
♦ Hot spices
♦ Chicken Spice
♦ Lemon juice
♦ Water chestnut flour
♦ Garlic Ginger Paste
♦ Red Color

Method

1- Take all ingredients such as red chilli powder, salt, hot spices, chicken spices, lemon juice, water chestnut flour, garlic ginger paste, red color and chicken pieces.

2- After adding this all ingredients in vessel just mix it properly for 5 minutes.

3- Now take frying pan and add some cooking oil in it.

4- Fry that chicken pieces one by one. And after that you can add salad with lemon and also you can make red and green souse to add more taste.

Actually i like onion and lemon salad with chicken dana. And you can try it as well because it will me more tasty if you do it otherwise only souses are enough for you to some extra taste. So that's it for today if you really enjoyed this recipe then do share it with your friends.
