Hola! Hoy les quiero compartir la receta de unos ricos tabaquitos de hoja de parra(uva), espero sea de su agrado.
Hi there! Today I want to share with you the recipe for some delicious grape leaf (grape) tobacco, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes:
Carne molida 1 kg
Arroz 1 kg
Mantequilla 4 cdas
Ajo 4 cabezas
sal al gusto
Guayabita 2 cdas
Hierbabuena en polvo
Sal de limón
Hojas de parra 250 unds aproximadamente
Pimienta 1 cdta
Ingredients:
Ground beef 1 kg
Rice 1 kg
Butter 4 tbsp
Garlic 4 heads
Salt to taste
Guayabita 2 tbsp
Peppermint powder
Lemon salt
Grape leaves 250 units approximately
Pepper 1 tsp
Escogemos las hojas y limpiamos, cortando el tallo y se hacen paqueticos de 50 unds, se amarran con hilo y se llevan a cocinar en una olla con agua y sal, dejar hervir unos cinco minutos y al cambiar de color retirar del fuego y sacar del agua para que se enfríen.

Procedemos a preparar el relleno, en un envase colocamos la carne y el arroz, agregamos la pimienta, sal, guayabita y la mantequilla, mezclamos bien.

Luego procedemos a armar los tabaquitos, tomamos las hojas y las colocamos con la parte lisa hacia abajo y la de las venas hacia arriba para rellenarlas. Tomamos una pequeña porción de la carne la colocamos en la hoja formando un pequeño cilindro delgado no muy grueso porque como tiene arroz al cocinarse se van a expandir y se procede a enrollar tomando desde la parte en la que está el relleno tratando de hacerlo lo más ajustado posible, aplastamos los bordes del rollito, doblamos las puntas para que el relleno no se salga y enrollamos.

Cuando se hayan armado todos los tabaquitos los colocamos dentro de una olla, ordenados en varios pisos para que se rompan lo menos posible al cocinarse.

En un bowl con suficiente agua como para cubrir por completo los tabaquitos en la olla, le agregamos unas 6 cdas de hierba buena molida, 2 cdas de sal de limón y las cabezas de ajo trituradas, mezclamos bien y agregamos a los tabaquitos. Colocamos encima un plato y tapamos, al comenzar a hervir bajar el fuego a mínimo y cocinar por unos 45 minutos aproximadamente.
