How to plant chili properly and correctly can increase the productivity of chili cultivation. Of course, chili is indeed able to steal the hearts of many lovers, not to be missed by the people of Aceh. Almost everyone likes the spicy sensation of chili, whether eaten directly like cayenne pepper or after being processed like chili. Moreover, nowadays there are more and more processed foods with a spicier spicy sensation that makes chilies often sought after. Even though the price of chili is quite expensive, especially when the harvest fails or the stock is low. The price can increase by 100%.
Land Preparation
You can make planting land while waiting for the nursery process. First, clear the prospective planting area of weeds. Loosen the soil and apply manure. Then make a bed with a length of 1.5 m and a width of 1 m. The height is 30 cm with a distance between beds of 40 cm. Make a planting hole with a distance of 40-60 cm.
Chili Seed Planting
The best planting period is when the rainfall is not too much. Because high rainfall can make chili plants die easily.
Here are the steps for planting chili seeds that are easy for you to follow.
Take the seeds in good condition and ready to plant.
Put the seeds in the planting hole.
Add a little manure and cover with soil.
During the dry season, water the plants once every day, if the rainy season adjusts to the intensity of the rain.
You can add plant cover to reduce evaporation of the planting area.
