Entre las formas más efectivas que pueden garantizar la integridad de nuestros datos podemos encontrar una muy sencilla y menos avanzada que otras, y es generar copias en discos o memorias portables. Lo que garantizaría la disponibilidad y acceso a nuestros datos.
Un detalle que se debe mencionar; Cuando la cantidad de archivos es medianamente grande, esta forma de respaldo se puede tornar tediosa, por lo que es recomendable utilizar software diseñados para esta tarea y así tener un mejor control sobre los datos ya respaldados, ya que a estos hay que adicionarles los cambios y la incorporación de nuevos archivos.
