Connection for love

When the corona lockdown and remote work session started, I told my boss that whenever it was easy for us to go to a remote place, our team could suffer in a way that no other department could. My argument was that even when we are technical instructors we can lose most people and direct interaction with each other. And our clients will take away a part of our work that we value as individuals and perhaps need to feel connected to.

Based on a well-conducted survey that took place about a week ago, our department was selected as one of the pilot groups for mental health care, with the company testing whether it is suitable for all employees. I guess my concerns in March were not unfounded.

Personally and in general, I am not a fan of therapy. Because I can see that people both depend on it and then overtime starts to reduce their elasticity. Somehow it feels like therapy enables people to be softer. I'm not saying it's never needed. But I also think it has sued our society, like the kind of opioids in the United States.

In terms of my experience working across agencies and my relationships with friends. People who care the most about their stress and see it as negative are becoming increasingly distrustful at work. They will often change jobs that put pressure on them to do something that offers less responsibility. But they do very little to change themselves and their own abilities to face the world. I think that often people get disconnected from what they see as the cause of stress. Where they mistakenly trigger the bullet.

Although I think, similar to the epidemic of opioid abuse in the United States, many of the increase in stress is due to some form of social inactivity, where many people no longer experience relationships where they feel the closeness and support of a loving partner. It’s not just a love affair, it’s also an extension of friends and family, where in the past there was a much deeper depth of social communication. It was socially heavily pressed for shallow transactions in media and applications. Even real digital meetings revolve around why people have gone digital.

Talking to my wife last night, I was saying that the only reason I work is because the relationships that it supports don’t personally cost me much more than that. Yes, there is a financial side too but I mean I do not identify myself through my work except for practical purposes. My own feeling comes through my personal relationship, as it is through this that I actually get a reflection as a person. A social creature that is part of another person's network of past, present and future. If I don't have that network or I don't have any kind of social connection, what is the point of getting a job? It becomes meaningless.

I think, without social networks, most of what we do in this world becomes meaningless very quickly, which makes no sense to do it. The way society is moving to break social connections for replacement by digital surrogates, I think the relevance of how we do and who we are is constantly deteriorating, as we no longer reflect each other. We are guessing by an algorithm. Whether people recognize it themselves or not is not on the side of the point, because we are all affected because it is like it or not. We are part of the human network and so we are all somehow bound to the results of this group.

However, once we are pushed towards cellular life we start working independently. But the power of decentralized networks would allow many to work independently, aligning our goals without social media responses and creating trends born out of the group. But there has to be a high level of transparency and feedback to inform decisions and behaviors. Without that response it becomes a weakness.

However, with the technology we have to observe engineered responses to granular positions, we can feel that we are working according to group trends, but trends are actually born of some kind of order-centered authority. I think it has been going on here for decades and I think we are seeing the weakness that has been created in the system since the process. Instead of strengthening the society, we have seen weakness and disintegration along every conceivable line.

When this disconnection leads us to a sense of meaninglessness, we begin to search for the meaning and self-interest that comes through the reflection of our relationship. So, we join the "social" movement which is actually another branch of the engineering department that was designed to undermine society.

I think we should be concerned about lockdowns around the world, social distance and how "easy" it was for us to move to distant places, because it indicates that we've lost touch with the importance of human networks for thousands of years, improving our relationships. . However, most of us will take the position that we don't need anyone, as we take action to deal with frustration and disconnection; Take to the streets in protest to prove a world that cannot be heard. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation.
