Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all!
You know I love, from time to time, go back to the past in my way on art and so today I thought it could be nice to share with you some of my first cat portraits!
The first one was Raperonzolo, a nice little cat who climb on a old page of book. I painted the first one around 8-9 years ago using my watercolors and in time I painted many similar one cause my customers love them so much. ^_^
Raperonzolo is always my favorite one and years ago I used the image of it to print some postal cards too.
At that time (until around 5 years ago) I painted different cats and other kind of pets on different paper surfaces and I'm happy to say everyone of them found an awesome home where to be loved. ^_^
After all the year I continue to paint cats, but just on my usual illustrative style and using oil colors instead the watercolors, but maybe in the future I'll come back to use watercolors on the old pages of destroyed books. ^_^
