"The Bohemian waxwing" bird found a new home!

An happy Wednesday to all hivers here!
Another rainy day here (it's raining hard since this morning, but fortunately not in a dangerous way), but it looks a very lucky time for my artworks (especially for the series of birds portraits I'm working on since months) and so, as you can understand, I'm really happy!

Yesterday I sold one of my sweet (fat) bird, "The Bohemian waxwing" bird found a new home thanks to my Artfinder shop! It's seems to be the bird's time for me, I also started to read a very nice novel titled "Bird Cottage" written by Eva Meijer where she tell the story of a woman and her relationships with different birds. It's a very interesting and sweet novel, the perfect novel to read thinking about the series of birds I'm painting since months. ^_^
Coming back to my birds (in my own illustration style) I painted this bird around a month ago and maybe you remember I shared with you the pics of the final result and the work in progress here.

It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and very soon today it started its flight to the new home in Us!
As you can understand, it's an happy time for my art and for the family balance, so I want to share a lot of good vibes with you!
