A Week in Words [Poem no. 94]

Monday's here, time to get down to business,
I gotta hustle hard, gotta show my fitness,
I gotta keep pushing forward, gotta stay on my game,
And make sure I'm on track for fame.

Tuesday's up next, it's time to get real,
I gotta stay focused, gotta keep my head still,
I gotta grind hard, gotta make it happen,
And leave behind all the distractions and trappings.

Wednesday rolls in, it's time to bring the heat,
I gotta keep my rhymes sharp, gotta stay on beat,
I gotta show the world what I'm made of,
And let them know I'm here to rise above.

Thursday comes, time to show gratitude and love,
I gotta be humble, gotta give thanks above,
I gotta appreciate every moment and chance,
And show love to those who deserve a second glance.

Friday's here, it's time to let loose and have fun,
I gotta take a break, gotta enjoy the sun,
I gotta celebrate life and all its pleasures,
And leave behind all my worries and pressures.

Saturday's up next, it's time to slow down and reflect,
I gotta take time for myself, gotta introspect,
I gotta cherish my loved ones and time spent,
And make every moment one that's heaven-sent.

Sunday rolls in, it's time to find inner peace,
I gotta meditate, gotta let go and release,
I gotta seek the truth and find my way,
And let go of all the worries and fray.
