Yesterday I bought japanese puti fish from Bandel fish market in hooghly . After that I returned my home by train .
After arriving my home , I had removed japanese crust fish shells. I cut this fish slicely with big sizes. After that I washed with water .
I admixed tumaric and salt with japanese crust fish .
When mustrad oil is hot in pan , I fried this fish sometimes . After frying , i admixed some water in pan. I mixed salt and tumaric and green chilli.
After sometimes boiling ,I picked up curry from pan. I fried onion with hot mustrad oil , i admixed that curry again with masala paste . I boiled sometimes . Thus I made japanese crust fish curry recipe .
Japanese crust fish is always delicious food . It is very tasty and delicious recipe . Really It is very easy and homemade recipe . Most of people like this fish .
