A decir verdad fue bastante repentina mi idea de querer compartir una última vez con mis amigos antes de que culminara el año y cada quien se fuera a sus hogares lejos de la “Ciudad” universitaria así que, les dije que debemos tener una cena navideña.
To tell the truth it was quite sudden my idea of wanting to share one last time with my friends before the end of the year and each one went to their homes far from the university "City" so, I told them that we must have a Christmas dinner.
A ellos les pareció genial la idea. Aun con mucho que estudiar para 2 exámenes finales que serían decisivos para aprobar la materia pusimos este plan en marcha, sería como un alivio que realmente necesitábamos luego de tanto estrés.
They thought the idea was great. Even with a lot to study for 2 final exams that were decisive to pass the subject, we put this plan in motion, it would be like a relief that we really needed after so much stress.
En fin, llegó el día y todos colaboramos con la ejecución de la comida, por mi parte mande a hacer 5 hallacas que es un plato típico venezolano delicioso pero cuya elaboración es muy exigente.
Anyway, the day arrived and we all collaborated with the execution of the meal, for my part I ordered to make 5 Hallas which is a delicious typical Venezuelan dish but whose preparation is very demanding.
Antes de eso quise hacer un pequeño “Get Ready With Me” entonces empecé mi maquillaje con una crema hidratante con filtro solar (POND´S)
Before that I wanted to do a little "Get Ready With Me" so I started my makeup with a moisturizing cream with sunscreen (POND'S)
Luego seguí con mi paleta de correctores de ojeras y manchitas, en este caso ignore la base, era un look relajado.
Then I continued with my palette of concealers for dark circles and spots, in this case I ignored the base, it was a relaxed look.
Para los ojos apliqué un poco de rosita con dorado y finalicé con mascara de pestañas.
For the eyes I applied a little pink with gold and finished with mascara.

Lo siguiente fue llegar al lugar donde haríamos la cena que en realidad fue almuerzo porque para la noche era imposible. Iniciamos con los preparativos de la ensalada de gallina que consiste en desmenuzar la pechuga, pelar y cortar los vegetales, agregar mayonesa y sal. También compramos un par de bandejas de galletas para complementar
The next thing was to get to the place where we would make dinner, which was actually lunch because it was impossible at night. We start with the preparations of the chicken salad that consists of shredding the breast, peeling and cutting the vegetables, adding mayonnaise and salt. We also bought a couple of cookie trays for complementarity
Así fue nuestra humilde mesa para compartir, acá es donde te das cuenta que lo realmente importante son los pequeños detalles. Yo fui súper feliz cuando compartí este momento con ellos y espero crear más recuerdos a su lado. Espero sus navidades y año nuevo hayan sido lo más bonito posible.
This was our humble table to share, this is where you realize that what is really important are the little details. I was super happy when I shared this moment with them and I hope to create more memories with them. I hope your Christmas and New Years have been as beautiful as possible.
