Enjoying my last day of carnival vacation 🏖️ I was a bit bored, as I was checking my gallery I found a picture of a character from my favorite Barbie movies 💁🏼♀️, this way I was encouraged to make a portrait and relax for a moment, so I painted this cute princess 👸🏼, I admit I owned a long time without making a drawing.

Gozando mi último día de vacaciones de carnaval 🏖️ me hallaba un poco aburrida, a medida que verificaba mi galería encontré una foto de un personaje de mis películas preferidas de Barbie 💁🏼♀️, de esta forma me animé hacer un retrato y relajarme un momento, así pinte esta linda princesa 👸🏼, admito que poseía un largo tiempo sin hacer un dibujo.

👩🎨 Step by step: 👩🎨
I started by drawing the face, features, and neck of Rapunzel Barbie, with the help of the pencil.

Inicié dibujando la cara, las facciones, y cuello de la Barbie Rapunzel, con ayuda del lápiz.
Then draw the right side of her hair.
Después dibuje el lado derecho de su pelo.
Then trace the bangs on your left side.
Luego traze el flequillo de su lado izquierdo.
The next thing is to proceed to draw her arms, dress sleeves and neckline area.
Lo siguiente es proceder a dibujar sus brazos, mangas del vestido y la zona de escote.
To finish with the pencil, I draw her long hair on the left side that falls down her shoulders.
Para finalizar con el lápiz, dibujo su larga melena del lado izquierdo que cae por sus hombros.
Now with a brush, I paint the golden details of her dress, then I color her hair with the help of the watercolors, following the lines to achieve that wavy effect.
Ahora con un pincel, pinto los detalles dorados de su vestido, luego le doy color a su cabello con ayudo de las acuarelas, siguiendo las líneas para lograr ese efecto ondulado.
With the colors purple and pink I give life to her dress, this illustration is already taking shape. It is very important to follow the pencil silhouettes because this way we will give shape to the drawing.
Con los colores morado y rosa le doy vida a su vestido, está ilustración ya está teniendo forma. Es muy importante seguir las silueta de lápiz porque así le daremos figura al dibujo.
Now with the corresponding colors we make the shadows, the reflections, of her hair, and dress, this is to make it look more colorful and give dimension to the illustration.
Ahora con los colores correspondientes hacemos las sombras, los reflejos, de su cabello, y vestido, esto es para que se vea más vistoso y darle dimensión a la ilustración.
Next is to take a color from your test and color the princess's skin.
Lo siguiente es tomar un color de su test y colorear la piel de la princesa.
Then I draw her eyebrows, mouth, a little darker colors and make shadows on her face, neck, collarbone, arm, to give it depth.
Luego dibujo sus cejas, boca, colores un poco más oscuros hago sombras a su rostro, cuello, clavícula, brazo, para que tenga profundidad.
To finish, she outlined her eyelashes and pupils. With a blue color she drew the iris of her eyes.
Para terminar, delineó sus pestañas y pupilas. Con un color azul dibujo el iris de sus ojos.
