Turkish coffee cooking methods - Coffee in the sand

Are those who start the day with their morning coffee here? I wanted to share a post for coffee lovers like me. I can drink coffee anytime, anywhere, under any circumstances. For example, now I’m preparing my post while drinking coffee with milk.

There are many methods of cooking Turkish coffee. One of these methods is coffee in the sand. In this method, coffee is cooked in a coffee pot or directly in a cup. The coffee pot or cup is buried in the sand. Coffees cooked in this way are quite delicious as they have a balanced heat distribution.

I think most of you know Şirince. It’s the only place that will survive when the world comes to an end according to the Mayan calender. If you happen to be in Şirince one day, I recommend you to try coffee in the sand. Because coffee on the sand is quite famous there. I will prepare a good travel post about Şirince as soon.
