Even you can enjoy Rain at home...life in rainy days.

The situation outside is so terrified that even a normal flu may put you in danger of Covid-19 checkup. Life is too complicated nowadays that people forget to enjoy the outside life to make most of the weather season.
Currently the weather in India are the one which I enjoy most. I mean the rainy days, the heavy drizzle from the sky soak you in water gives a great feeling. Afterall I am a nature lover and any natural event just attracts me to make most of it.

However the spreading pandemic has restricted us to remain inside. Even if we get drenched in rain water, we might end up with cold or flu, which might force doctor to conduct covid check up. Anyhow by pulling our legs from going out, we try to make most of the rainy season through cooking some indian delicies. Especially the Onion Pakora snacks which is a great combo with Tea during rainy days.

Many would consider it as a oily stuf, but being an Indian, we just love to munch them during most of the rainy days by sitting next to window and enjoying the rainfall. The cooking method is easy too. It requires :

chopped onion
gram flour (besan)
salt/ginger/garlic paste.
oil to fry

Simply add all the ingredients and make a thick paste.

Let the oil to heat on the stove, and put small quantity of ball shape of the Onion paste, into the oil to deep fry.

Let them to fry for a while, until it start turning into brownish. Means the ingredients is cooked well.

Once the item is out in plate, it looks to be quite delicious and enough to make your mouth watery. Atleast an Indian can feel the taste of it.

Finally, we can say, life is not about living in a specific pattern, but it is all about looking all best alternative to enjoy completelly. Like even , if could not go out and enjoy the rain, but still we can make most of the rainy days by eating some home made delicies.
