Bhel Puri is a tasty, tangy and easy chaat snack made from rice puffs, aloo sev, peanuts, basic Indian spices and chopped vegetables of choice. To make it tangy, we add saunth chutney and mint chutney. This is a great snack to eat, very light and low in calories. Lets see how we make this recipe.

Ingredients:
• 100 gms rice puffs
• 50 gms aloo sev
• 50 gms roasted peanuts
• 1 chopped green chilly
• Chopped coriander
• 1 Chopped Onion
• 1 Chopped Tomato
• 2 Small pieces of Potato
• 1 TBSP Chaat Masala
• ½ TBSP rock salt
• Salt as per taste
• 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
• Small Quantity of Aloo Sev (Namkeen)
• 4 TBSP Sauth Chutney
• 3 TBSP Mint Chutney
Step 1: Mix rice puffs, roasted peanuts, aloo sev in a bowl.
Step 2: To the bowl, add chopped vegetables, chopped coriander and green chillies. Mix well.
Step 3: Now add all the spices and mix well. Ensure the mix all ingredients step by step and not in one go.
Step 4: Now whenever you want to eat the bhel, add the saunth and mint chutney. Mix well.
Step 5: Top it up with some coriander leaves and sev.
