Dear friends,
How are you all? What kind of plans have you made for this festive season? I believe you all have made some phenomenal plans.
I covet that you all spend your days safely. Today I am here to discuss a point that everyone wants to achieve;
but some are successful and the rest are not. Now the question is what we all want to achieve? The answer is a calm mind.
Now how can we keep our minds tranquil! There are several points that we need to keep in our mind;
while going through or dealing with any situation. They are:-
1.Learn to forgive and forget something.
2.Don't expect distinctive associations.
3.Don't interfere in anyone's work unless they advise you to.
4.Try to adapt yourself to any environment.
5.Work as hard as your ability permits.
6.Get rid of jealousy and praise the good deeds of others.
7.Do not do anything that makes you feel regret in the future.
8.Do not leave the intellect empty; try to always keep your intelligence busy in some creative work.
9.Practice meditation regularly and analyze what you have done in the entire day.
10.Learn to cope with things and people that will never change.
If we remember the above points, we can live a peaceful life. Forgiveness and forgetting things help us to restart our journey.
When we didn't expect anything, especially from those who are not our distinctive associations;
then we can overcome several situations that can plague our minds.
Often our helpful nature demolishes our peace, Don't interfere in anyone's work unless they advise you to do so.
We must train our minds to cope up with every situation. Now I achieve this after fighting for several years with several ups and downs. Try to adapt yourself to any environment.
Excessive working load sometimes agitates peace of mind. We should work as hard as our ability permits.
Often we hesitate to appreciate others' good work. We didn't try to learn rather than try to find out the dispute of others, and that sometimes disturbs us mentally.
So we must get rid of jealousy and praise the good deeds of others.
A proverb in Bengali said that we must think before doing any work, but we must not think about it after finishing any work.
Before taking any step, we must understand that what goes around comes around. So do not do anything that makes you feel regret in the future.
We must always use our minds to find out for some creativity;
so that they may help others to learn several unique things. So do not leave the intellect empty;
try to always keep your intelligence busy in some creative work.
Meditation helps us to keep our mind calm, and often we can make correct decisions when our mind is stable.
Practice meditation regularly and analyze what you have done in the entire day.
Never waste your energy on those things and people that you are never able to change.
Rather than try to change them, learn to cope with things and people that will never change.
That was the thought for the day. Stay happy and healthy.
