Crispy Jute Spinach fried pakora make it in 2 minutes

Jute is a Nutritious food which favorite food of many people in our region. It is as delicious to eat as it is readily available. Jute is commonly known as fiber. However, before the use as a fiber it has been eating as a food for a long time. Jute leaves have many known and unknown nutritional and medicinal properties.

Jute leaves are rich in mineral salts such as potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and vitamins such as vitamins C, E, K, B-6 and niacin. Jute also contains antioxidants, carotene, and dietary fiber that boost the body's immune system.

Jute leaves

Jute is usually fried and eaten with hot rice. But today I have cooked it in a different way to eat it. I have cooked Crispy Jute Spinach fried pakora.

Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Rice Flour 50gm
  • Black Cumin 1tsp
  • Vegetable oil 12 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  • Tip of Jute leaves 12 pics

Step 1

Here I have take 50gms of Rice flour in a white bowl. Other ingredients salt 1 tsp , Black Cumin 1tsp, Fennel powder 1 tsp, Turmeric Powder 1tsp all these are in a plate.

First I add all the Black Cumin & Salt in the flour then mix it.

After that I have added Fennel powder & Turmeric Powder

Now its time to add water in it to make a perfect batter.

The thickness of the batter should be like this.

As you can see here I have take 12 pieces of tip of Jute Spinach.

Step 2

Then I have take a pan and let it warm for a while. After I have dropped some oil in it and let it heat.

At this stage I have polished those jute leaves and dropped in the hot oil.

After sometime bottom will be fried with brown color.

So reverse them all for fry the top part.

Now it's time to eat.
