In Nepal, sick patients are fed the soup which make of Multitude. In South Asia and West Indies its cooked with potatoes. In Indonesia, potol/Multitude is used in diverse cooking, such as star fry, coconut milk or boiled in a pot by steam. It is available in Australia, apart from Asia.
Today I have made fried Multtude/Patal. Let's see how I did it
INGREDIENTS
- Patal/Multitube 5piece
- Sea Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 8 tsp

So what is the taste like?
It will have different taste with different circumstances. When we eat it with rice, it taste like something mixed up of bitterness, sourness, and savoriness. When we eat it with Bread, it taste like a little bit of salty and potato-type. When we only eat this , it taste like salty bitter vegetable. 😊
