Walking along the Fountain River in search of sense

I love street art. I especially like different inscriptions. If these inscriptions are made on the walls of garages or fences, and not on the facades of monuments, of course. The inscriptions can be different: funny, sad, mysterious. I started to see a frequent repetition of one word some time ago. It is the word "смысл" — "meaning", "sense". I do not know if one person writes these words or a group of artists: the execution is different, sometimes it is a rather complex font composition, sometimes it is quite simple graphics.

And, by the way, I will write a few words about this door at once. The following photos were taken on the Fontanka river embankment, but this photo I took on English Prospekt. The door does not seem small and very narrow, it is small and very narrow. The fact is that the wall is not quite real. In this place, there is a narrow gap between the houses, about 60 centimeters wide and several meters deep. Previously, this slot was open, but some irresponsible citizens began throwing garbage there. So a few years ago it was decided to close the place. The wall is disguised as a wall of a neighboring house and looks quite like a real one, but above the human height the slot was left open. To see it, just look up. The door leads to the resulting narrow closet, occasionally the wiper opens the door to take out accidental leaves. This is the place on the Yandex cards:

English Prospekt, 30

You can see that the door is much smaller than the width of the windows in neighboring buildings.

Thank you very much!

Ohmen! It takes a wise man to get the meaning of what's written in the first image.
👍

It really takes time to read this inscription :).

I have to agree totally. I much prefer the dadaesque randomness Done by amateurs to the commercial corporate paid for over sized examples. These are fantastic shots of your city

Big murals need approvals and lose their immediacy, unfortunately.
Thank you very much!

:) nice :))

Thanks:)
