This is a very cool and nice topic of the daily blogging challange topics, this is one of the topics I have been looking forward to. Health is life, and good health is a good life.

As an adults, you will be advised if you do visit hospital from time to time for your check ups to take your health as the most important thing. These are my healthy habits.

  • Exercise: Exercise is the first thing I do every morning after praying to God, I have been performing different kinds of exercise, it could take place indoors or outdoors but I do have them every morning, I do run around (jogging)🏃, weights lifting, and general exercise and programming.
    Exercise has really help keep me fit and Happy, it helps in burning down the fat in my body.

  • Balanced diet: Not just eating good food is part of healthy living but eating a balanced diet meal is the healthy life, I try to eating a balanced meal that contents the recommended nutrients for the body. Healthy Habit is when you eat a good and balanced meal and also controls what to eat and when to eat them.

  • Being Around Love Ones: one of the healthy habits of mine is to be around my love ones, my family is my pride, my mummy is my best friend and I love her so much and she makes me happy. My girlfriend is one of the best things that has happened to me, she's the best and her meals for me is the healthy habit itself.
