I am working in the Agriculture Research office which is situated in Islamabad. It is apex research organization and there are many scientists who are doing research in different aspects of agriculture. There are many institutes in the canter , they are working in different crops , medicinal plants , forests, fisheries, livestock, poultry and also working on the disease of different crops and livestock.
This is poly-technique Institute which is mostly involved in capacity building of different extension workers and scientists and educationists. Many students are also trained here and they do their research in different aspects during internship period. These students belongs from different parts of the country and from different universities.
This institute is newly developed and working in the genomics of different crops and there is screening of different crops varieties which are resistant to different disease and insects.
Now a days due to corona threat in Pakistan and also corona has already been spread in the whole world. Therefore there is very less attendance in the office. Only few people are coming in the office which are so essential. So we hope for future coming good days. I hope for the ending up of this corona virus and the normal life will start and daily office routine work will be started for better future of the coming generations.
