Good day, here is a Mermaid, 3D printed and painted by me for my daughter.
In this one I used underpainting techniques. Which is laying strong colors underneath and painting transparent layers of colours on top of them, creating many color mixtures and blends on the way. Transparent nature of acrylics make this technique very easy and versatile.
I included some photos of the process, as I used both airbrush and brush depending on the steps, and a happy daughter at the end :) I hope you like it!
