I used to think of how our forefathers lived when there was no Car, Phones, Computers, and when everything was just manual. I did not have the chance to hear many of the stories from my Dad because he died when I was young, but he was a product of the 1930s. While I was growing the only thing I can remember about him is that he does things differently and his lifestyle was old-fashioned.
So, I surfed through some old pictures on the internet and I found this picture with catchy content on it. The rhythm of 3’s. The picture is about a man looking for a Job in the 1930s, and according to the information, this is how people in the period search for Job. So, guys just imagine that you have to go around the street like this searching for a Job.
But one thing I found fascinating about this man is that he is an organized man. His style looks catchy and if I were to be there and see this, I would consider him and give him a Job that he wanted. 3 trades, 3 languages, fought for 3 years, 3 months of Joblessness- all for one Job. :)
We are enjoying in the world today. We have LinkedIn and other places to put our profiles and probably get a Job. Technology as turned life simple for us and we do virtually everything easy. But let’s imagine something happens to our current world and we all have to live like this again. Do you think you can survive this?
Let’s know your thoughts in the comment section.
Thank you!
This generation is actually blessed we have various things that ease our work load. When I begin to think about it I don’t think I can survive.
But if we were to be born in that generation without having a taste or feel of the science and technology we have now we would definitely adapt, survive and be the best we can be.
Well said, thanks for your input.
