human trafficking

it is recruiting, transporting, handing over,
the storage or further reception of persons, including by exchange
or transferring control over them, using: coercion, force,
threats or intimidation, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of power or
with the use of weakness in a situation where the person has no other, possible
to accept an alternative than surrender to exploitation. The decision determines
also that trafficking in human beings is the payment or receipt of a fee or
benefits for obtaining the consent of the person in control.
The purpose of the above-mentioned activities may be the use of
bundled work or services, exploitation for slavery or similar practices
for slavery or bondage and use in prostitution
or other forms of sexual abuse, including pornography.
