Tengo una extensa familia y un hermano cinco años menor que yo, con el que siempre me meto en problemas y hacemos que se le suba la presión a nuestros padres, pero ¿Acaso esa no es la finalidad de los hermanos?

In general I could describe myself as a cheerful, simple and kind person, who sometimes can be too shy for her own good. I have an extended family and a brother five years younger than me, with whom I always get into trouble and make the pressure on our parents, but isn't that the whole point of siblings?
Me encantan los animales, en especial los gatitos esponjosos, tengo uno de dos años de edad llamado Jade, el cual es muy perezoso, glotón y cobarde.
I love animals, especially fluffy kittens, I have a two year old named Jade, who is very lazy, gluttonous and cowardly.
He pasado por un par de carreras, desde ingeniería agronómica a medicina. Para cursar esta última tuve que mudarme a otro estado y fue toda una experiencia, pues nunca había salido de mi casa y mucho menos a vivir a otro lugar tan lejos. Los años que pasé estudiando lejos de casa fueron los mejores, aprendí a independizarme y valerme por mi misma, tener un poco más de seguridad y hacer amistades, amistades que valoro y atesoro mucho, pues hoy en día las considero mi familia. Además que le tengo un cariño especial a ciudad Bolívar (capital del estado al cual fui a estudiar), pues fue donde compartí momentos muy bonitos y únicos.
I have gone through a couple of careers, from agricultural engineering to medicine. To study the latter I had to move to another state and it was quite an experience, because I had never left my home and much less to live in another place so far away. The years I spent studying away from home were the best, I learned to be independent and to fend for myself, to have a little more security and to make friends, friendships that I value and treasure very much, because today I consider them my family. I also have a special affection for Ciudad Bolivar (capital of the state where I went to study), because it was where I shared very beautiful and unique moments.
Desde pequeña siempre me gustó dibujar, con solo papel y lápiz era feliz, eso fue lo que me llevo a tomar la decisión (difícil decisión) de dejar todo, regresarme de nuevo y estudiar algo en lo que en realidad era buena. Pues, pienso yo, cuando se te otorga un don ¿Por qué amargarte haciendo lo opuesto a este? Solo depende de ti sacarle el provecho y explotar ese potencial. Si haces algo con verdadera pasión al final podrás disfrutar sus frutos, pues somos los únicos que decidimos en nuestro futuro ni más ni menos.
Since I was a child I always liked to draw, with only paper and pencil I was happy, that was what led me to make the decision (difficult decision) to leave everything, go back and study something I was really good at. Well, I think, when you are given a gift, why get bitter doing the opposite of it? It's up to you to make the most of it and exploit that potential. If you do something with true passion, in the end you will be able to enjoy its fruits, because we are the only ones who decide on our future, no more, no less.
Me llevo mejor con el dibujo tradicional, no soy una experta pero trato de mejorar día a día. Recientemente también comencé con el dibujo en digital, mi progreso es lento pero seguro, pues, todavía trato de dominar técnicas y mejorar el pulso.
I get along better with traditional drawing, I am not an expert but I try to improve day by day. Recently I also started with digital drawing, my progress is slow but sure, I'm still trying to master techniques and improve the pulse.
Actualmente estudio diseño gráfico que, es muy diferente a lo que en realidad busco, el cual es la ilustración. Pero en estos momentos mi país no pasa por su mejor situación y solo dan esa carrera en la capital de este. Ya no es como antes cuando, se nos permitía al venezolano, el lujo de poder viajar e ir a estudiar en donde quisiéramos. Pero no me desanimo, en diseño se comparte algunas materias que ilustración también presenta. Además que me va muy bien y es algo que de verdad disfruto y sobresalgo, me ha hecho ganar más confianza y a desenvolverme mejor. Tal vez más adelante y cuando culmine la carrera podré trasladarme para así finalmente estudiar lo que quiero.
I am currently studying graphic design, which is very different from what I am really looking for, which is illustration. But right now my country is not in its best situation and they only offer this career in the capital of this country. It is no longer like before when Venezuelans had the luxury of being able to travel and study wherever we wanted. But I am not discouraged, in design I share some subjects that illustration also presents. Besides that I am doing very well and it is something that I really enjoy and excel, it has made me gain more confidence and to perform better. Maybe later and when I finish my degree I will be able to move to finally study what I want.
Entonces, dicho todo esto y haberles hecho un breve resumen de mi vida, pasamos finalmente al por qué decidí crearme una cuenta aquí. Primero, porque mi amiga @yoselyncampos me comento de esto y me pareció una excelente idea, es la forma perfecta para crear y compartir contenido de interés, comparar experiencias, así como hacer tutoriales, tips, transmitir información referente al arte, cultura general y crecimiento personal, todo de una forma dinámica y educativa. Fue lo que me más me gustó.
So, having said all this and having made a brief summary of my life, let's finally move on to why I decided to create an account here. First, because my friend @yoselyncampos told me about it and I thought it was an excellent idea, it is the perfect way to create and share content of interest, compare experiences, as well as make tutorials, tips, transmit information related to art, general culture and personal growth, all in a dynamic and educational way.
