Today I wanted to show you how we make a good sancocho here in Venezuela. But I couldn't take a step-by-step photo because my baby had a bad stomach all night.

Hoy domingo que mejor que un buen sancocho en familia, acá en Venezuela para ser más precisa yo soy de oriente. La parte de carupano. Acostumbramos a cocinar el sancocho en fogón ya que queda con mejor sabor.

Pero con estos calores que están haciendo el los últimos días. Decidí realizarla en la cocina. Aún que se lleva mucho más tiempo. Pero igual queda super rica . Además que sería muy buena para mi bebé ya que está mal de su estómago

Ya cuando termina de llevar candela esa sopa. Servimos una buena porción yo le agregué aguacate y su toque de limón. Eso es si a usted le gusta amores. A mí en especial me gusta es con ese toque de limón.
