The truth is that coming to talk about meditation techniques would be lying to you because at a technical level I don't know much, what I can tell you that I consider meditation for me or has worked very well for me, is to concentrate on watching the clouds go by or just see how the wind moves the branches of a tree! It is a moment to disconnect and although it may not be something very technical I get my body and mind to relax, calm down and get results immediately, it is something I do a lot when I feel very charged emotionally and energetically, it works, it focuses me and centers me.

2๏ธโฃ What habits do you adopt to stay healthy despite your busy schedule?
Well what can I tell you, now in November I celebrated one year in the gym and a little over a year since I started exercising, I lost 16 kilos and although it has been intermittent because I have stopped going a couple of months in the year! I can tell you that starting to exercise has been the habit that has brought more vitality and health to my body, so much so that it is essential for me to take out a little time to do it! Of course, sometimes my busy schedule doesn't allow me to do it, but as much as possible I try to be constant!
