This is a project I worked on in 2018. Conversion of an old single-family building into a multi-family building. I had little time for it, because I was doing a much bigger project in parallel, but I had to do a visualization for it. I decided to do a simple rendering in Archicad and then a heavy post production in Affinity Photo.

The building got a building permit and it will be realized this year.
